The practice is led by Dakshayani Saxena, Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, with over a decade of experience in commercial disputes, cross-border transactional advisory, and high-stakes strategic litigation.

 

From Indian and global AI and SaaS companies to government-backed SPVs, to multinational entities in energy, aviation, advertising, infrastructure, finance, oil & gas, FMCG, entertainment, real estate, and education, Dakshayani has served and advised a wide variety of clients across several industries. She routinely serves as an extended general counsel, offering hands-on advisory in matters spanning funding rounds, employment and organizational structuring, POSH compliance, and cross-border transactions.

Dakshayani also regularly advises on issues within organizations, and POSH issues at the workplace. She serves as an external legal advisor to clients on policy, procedure, and adjudication under the POSH Act and is a member of the Internal Complaints Committee with several reputed organizations such as Ticketmaster, Goods and Services Tax Network and Delhi Public School, Gurgaon.

 

Dakshayani holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws [BA LLB (H)], and proceeded to acquire a Diploma in Entrepreneurship Administration and Business Laws from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences.

 

She has also received certification from the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Intellectual Property and Competition Law.

 

Dakshayani is also a prolific writer on issues concerning artificial intelligence, technology and ethics, privacy, and intellectual property matters. Her writings on these subjects over the course of her career have garnered widespread readership.
